Pre-Order Technical Audit

We refuse to quote blindly. Before any contract is signed, we audit your machine list and part blueprints. A former host-machine engineer calculates exact fluid flow rates and pressure characteristics to guarantee 100% hardware and M-code compatibility.

What We Verify:
  • Machine model, spindle type, and control system version (Haas NGC, Okuma OSP, Mazak Matrix)
  • Current coolant flow rate, pressure, and filtration configuration
  • Material profile (Titanium, Stainless Steel, Aluminum) and cutting parameters
  • Electrical panel voltage, phase, and available M-code slots

Tier-1 Component & Supplier Vetting

Every manufacturing base in our pool passes a rigorous on-site process audit based on VDA 6.3 standards. We reject low-end back-alley workshops. We mandate our partners to use international flagship components — ensuring absolute field reliability and smooth custom clearance.

Mandatory Component Standards:
  • PLCs: Siemens S7-1200 or Schneider Modicon M221
  • Switchgear: Schneider Electric or ABB contactors and circuit breakers
  • Pressure Sensors: Danfoss or WIKA industrial-grade transducers
  • Pumps: Verified OEM plunger pumps with documented pressure curves
  • Enclosures: NEMA 12 / IP54 rated sheet metal with proper grounding

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

Before the container is sealed, we stand on the factory floor for your inspection. We run the system at full load under pressure for 2 hours straight to check for micro-pulsations or thermal build-up. We cross-verify electrical groundings, wire labeling, and check that the sheet metal enclosure doors are securely sealed and safety-switched.

PDI Checklist (Non-Negotiable):
  • 2-hour continuous full-load pressure test at target bar rating
  • Pressure stability verification (no pulsation > ±2 bar)
  • Thermal imaging of pump motor and electrical panel under load
  • Wire marker verification against electrical schematic
  • Enclosure door interlock safety switch functional test
  • Grounding continuity test (< 0.1 Ω resistance)
  • Filter element bypass valve functional test

Transparency Report Delivery

Before the vessel leaves the port, you will receive a comprehensive digital PDI report, high-resolution close-up photos of critical internal components, and an unedited 4K testing video of your exact machine running under pressure. Until you sign off from your office in Texas or Monterrey, the cargo stays on the dock.

Deliverables Package:
  • PDF PDI Report with timestamped test data and inspector signature
  • High-resolution photos (min. 20 images) of pump, PLC, wiring, and enclosure
  • Unedited 4K video (5-10 minutes) showing full-load pressure test
  • Electrical schematic with wire marker legend
  • Component datasheets (Siemens PLC, Schneider contactors, pressure sensors)
  • Packing list with crate dimensions and gross weight
